Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@peptidesuk.net.
We may ask you to provide your order details, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue so that we can investigate.
Cancelling an Order
For online purchases, consumers may have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exemption applies.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@peptidesuk.net as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavor to cancel it before shipment.
Returns
Where a cancellation or return is permitted, products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of certain research materials, sealed products may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, where an applicable legal exemption applies.
Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, as applicable.
Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. As Peptides UK currently provides free standard UK delivery, there will ordinarily be no standard outbound delivery charge to refund.
Where permitted by law, we may make a deduction from a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return Delivery Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise legally required to pay the return costs, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning an item.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery or a refused delivery.
