Peptides UK currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Free UK Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all UK orders.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free delivery.
Dispatch
All products are held in stock in the UK.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day or next working day following order acceptance and successful payment.
Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Tracked Delivery
Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Any delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Peptides UK cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply where an order needs to be resent.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@peptidesuk.net.
Where appropriate, we will investigate the delivery with the courier. Refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as lost will be considered once the courier investigation has been completed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at info@peptidesuk.net, including your order details and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
